Please note we do not accept American Express.

Due to the handmade nature of our Fox and Cloud Clothing products we are unable to offer returns or refunds on Fox and Cloud Clothing. However if there is a problem with your order please contact us directly at natasha@foxandcloud.com and we will try our best to help.

Any other products can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. Please notify us within the first 14 days of receiving your order and then return it to us within 14 days of telling us of the intention to return your item. Items must be in pristine condition. 

Our shipping costs are £3.99 for Standard 2nd class Royal Mail delivery.

Please allow for up to 7 working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order - orders are being delayed with royal mail strikes 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase.

At Fox & Cloud we believe it is important for us all to try our best to be as Eco-Friendly as we can. All the brands we stock have been chosen with this in mind so that we can offer you amazing quality products that are kind to the planet too!

All of our packaging is recycle-able and/or biodegradable all the way down to our labels.

At F&C we only stock ethical and sustainable brands so that you can be confident that everything we sell is free from exploitation and kind to our planet all the way down the production line.

Factories are checked to make sure workers have a safe and clean environment and paid a fair, living wage.  

NONE OF OUR FABRICS ARE PREWASHED,

Because of this some shrinkage may occur after the first wash.

Where a product has contrasting colours we advise the use of colour catchers in the first wash to avoid colour run.

Because of the nature of the fabrics some fade can occur after several washes, this it to be expected.

DO NOT TUMBLE DRY. 

Yes! If you would like us to keep your order aside so you can add to it just use the pick up option at checkout, your order wont be sent until posatge is paid using this link
